MBC:
Milan Bartender Community is a project that was born on February 1st, 2021, with the aim of supporting operators in the hospitality sector. Through sharing, collabs, trainings &
consulting MBC aims to improve the quality of work in the Food & Beverage industry.
SHARING:
To facilitate and speed up communications within hospitality, MBC has made available a Facebook group that puts 1500+ industry operators in direct contact (user to user).
COLLABS:
Milan Bartender Community, collaborating with various brands, aims to enlarge the community and export its philosophy.
TRAINING & CONSULTING:
To better support small businesses, MBC has introduced a consultancy service tailored to every need.
This service is developed on two fronts, for clubs, restaurants and bars and for spirits ant liquor brands.

A free service dedicated to all our colleagues and collaborators we know and have not yet met: a bulletin board where they can discuss, support and help each other, a meeting point where to ask questions, promote their events and where to look for job or personnel.

At MBC we believe that sharing information and supporting each other is the basis for the growth of a community.
As a result, we have created this side of MBC which focuses on training and assisting new start-ups.
We offer a training and consultancy service to all bars, clubs and restaurants interested in introducing a cocktail concept in their business.
For new start-ups destined for the production of liqueurs/spirits, we offer advice to help them enter the Milanese area and the world of cocktails.
